expungment or sealed record

i have been charged with felony battery.it says on my paperwork that adjudication of guilt be withheld. can i have record sealed or expunged. what is my recourse in this matter. thanks,ed

Provided you have not been convicted of any other offense as an adult, you will likely be eligible to have the record sealed, and then expunged after ten years having the record sealed.

Assuming you have never been arrested for any other offenses, you may be eligible to have your arrest record sealed, but not expunged, if you received a WITHHOLD of adjudication.
