I believe the previous response included a typo, and meant to say that FL law does not prevent a 19 year old from having sex with a 16 year old.

My question is, why would you try to have your step son arrested, charged with rape, and labeled as a sex offender? If you disapprove of his choices or lifestyle, cut him off, force him to live with the consequences of his actions, but don't provoke it.
