Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Florida Rule Of Criminal Procedure 3.850

If I were to file this motion because I

believe my lawyer was

negligent,would I have to go back

before the Judge for a re-sentencing

and most important will I do myself

more harm than good?How much

would it cost approx.? I've already

been incarcerated since 3/02/09
