florida statute 951.22.1

on florida statute 951.22.1 can you be charged even if you did not introduce contraband or attempt to, but you told someone over the jail phone that you would, even though you had no intention of actually going through with it?

If all you did is simply state over the phone that you would bring in contraband, that itself is likely not a chargeable offense. However, if you took some action, any action, in furtherance of doing so, even if you did not actually complete the task of bringing in the contraband, then it is possible that you could be charged with attempt or conspiracy.
