FRAUD-IMPERSON USE/POSS ID OF ANOTHER PERSON WO CONSENT.
A friend just got arrested with 100 counts of the charge above, what does that mean?

It means that he is facing 5 years each, or 500 years in prison. Obviously, this person needs an attorney.
