Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My girlfriend is in jail and her grandparents have her car but she don't want them to have it she wants me to go pick it up but they wont give me the keys is there anything I can Do about it ?

Unless the grandparents have title or written permission then they can't get the car either. Have your girlfriend sign a power of attorney for you to be released to.
