Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my grandsons been charged with murder. we can not afford an attorney . He is innocence, im looking for a attorney that will take his case pro bono. He is in Franklin county jail Columbus ohio. . they first dropped and dismissed all charges in feb. now they indited him in july. my number is 419-799-0950

It's unclear where he has been charged, but if he has been charged in Ohio, then you need to talk to an attorney there. If he's only being held there awaiting extradition to FL, then you should contact an attorney in FL in the area where he is charged. Regardless of where, if you can't afford an attorney, he is entitled to a public defender at no cost.
