Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was granted a restraining order in Port Saint Lucie, Florida 3 months ago.

I'm currently in Honduras where I am working. I was just attacked physically 3 weeks ago by the person here in Honduras.

The laws of Honduras are very slow and lame.

What can I do in Florida to put this guy behind bars ??????

You have to call the police in Hondoras and get a report from them, and then you need to call PSL police and file a report with them citing the Hondoras report. Considering PSL police are one of the dumbest in the State, you need to keep on them and make sure they do this right. When the defendant enters Florida again, PSL should serve him with notice of the violation. You must also file this with the original court that issued the stay away order. It should be dealt with properly if you do all that.
