my husband got out of prison a year ago and he was arrested two months ago he was charged with deriving proceeds from prostitution will he be charge under the reoffender act his past record is only drug related charges the charge is 3 third degree felony what will be the worst case sinero.thank u for ur time

Check with his lawyer. If this is a VOP, he's brobably headed back to prison.
