illegal to pay to watch couple have sex
My girlfriend and I placed an ad in myspace offering to let anyone interested watch for a donation. Is this illegal in Florida?

The prostitution statute forbids "the giving or receiving of the body for sexual activity for hire ...," so you're probably on shaky ground there. The lewdness statute is even more vague. Also, your county and city may have (and probably does have) ordinances prohibiting this. My opinion is that, yes, this is illegal in Florida.
