Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Improper evidence- pictures of a totally different situation. Not one he was in. Dropped meaning can't he fole to have case dropped because this evidence has nothing to do with him. He only has an asst public defender
They also put a grand theft auto charge on him, when he moved the truck out of the traffic!

Those pictures may not be for the case in chief so it is not necessarily improper. However, if he has a public defender then these questions need to be addressed to him. Only they can answer these questions unless you hire a private attorney.
