Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was involved in a burglary my friend wrote a statement that's the only evidence that puts me in the house if she doesn't follow up with the law or show up will it get dismisses

ONLY the state can decide whether to bring charges. The victim has input but the ultimate decision is up to the prosecutor, so it would be impossible to know if it will get dismissed.
