Re: liability

It can depend on several factors. What is the relationship of the person to the corporation? Were there any personal guarantees? Are there any charges of fraud related to the operation or dissolution of the corporation? What was the nature of the corporation and what is the nature of the claim(s) against it? The list goes on....

If this person is you, and the corporation is being sued, your should consult an attorney before you decide how to proceed. I can recommend some good corporate/business lawyers in South Florida if you need me to. Give me a call or email.
