Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I live in Florida. I have been having a long distant relationship with a man from Chicago. I had borrowed 300.00 dollars from that I agreed to pay back. Throughout the 9 months we have been talking he did some things for me but was absolutely never a loan or agreement in anyway. He kept pushing the issue about marriage and engagement. I wasn't ready for that. I tried to believe I was but I wasn't. Anyways, finally I broke up with him because I wasn't ready for marriage. After I broke up with him he demanded that I pay him for everything that he has ever done because I was suppose to be his wife. Throughout the 9 months I foolishly sent risqu� pictures of my self as well as an innapropriate video to him. I have 217 texts of threats to send my pics and video out if I don't give him 1000.00 dollars. He also texted my mother saying that I use men for money which is absolutely not true! He called my friend and did the same. yesterday he text me and told me he sent the pics and videos out and that I was going to be a celebrity. He later called me and said that he posted them on porn sites. I have everything in emails and texts! All the threats, him admitting to slandering my name and him explaining to me that he is mad at me for hurting him and he is going to get his money and if I don't what he will do and already has done. I'm mortified and don't know what to do.

He is doing what is legally called "extortion" and he can be prosecuted for it. You should contact the police. Also, you may look into getting an injunction against him. Save the texts and other messages as you will probably need that for evidence.
