Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I'm trying to obtain the recording and/or transcript for a 911 call that took place in april. I'm in the state of florida. I've searched public records and have found nothing. I contacted the police who showed up to the scene but since no one was arrested it seems that there is no report. I'm so lost. I'm trying to obtain it for immigration purposes.

The apopka police said that since I called 911 in Orlando Orlando might have the record. God. I feel like I'm running around in circles.

The only thing I've managed to conclude (with the help of someone on here) is to make a FOIA request. The only problem I'm running into is I have no sweet clue who to send the FOIA request to. I'm at a complete loss right now.

Hopefully you got an answer to this question over the past three weeks, but for any public records request, you go to the source. For example, 911 calls, you would go to the sheriff. Court records, you go to the court clerk. I'm not sure what else you can do as you need more information. Of course, you can also hire an investigator and they may be able to find it if you're still having problems.
