My original charge was lewd/lascivious minor and got reduced to interfering with child custody with adjudication with held, can I expunge/seal my record in florida?

You might be able to but it depends on when it was amended. It's supposed to be amended before the arraignment on the origiinal charge. That said, you can still apply as sometimes they will allow the final charge to be the one they seal. However, you can't be convicted of anything else, anytime, ever, or you will be disqualified. You should talk to an attorney about this in more detail.

Yes, if you meet all eligibility requirement (such as not having sealed or expunged a record before and having no convictions). It is the final charge that counts.
