Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am on the PTI program in seminole county. I was waiting for my income tax to pay off monies owed. this is the only thing I have left to do. I won't have it when its time for my last appointment, what's gonna happen and what should I do

Ask for extension. PTI wants the money so they will often be willing to give someone a small continuance in order to get that done. If ultimately they kick the case out, be sure to hire a good criminal defense attorney.
