Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
thank you very much the reason is the state is using me as a state witness against my friend and he mad so he tried to tell the judge oh hes not going to be a witness when im through hes going to be a defendant hes told lies about all kinds of things but never have they told me im a suspect or a person of interest...

You must tell the truth if you are supoenaed as a witness. Otherwise, keep your mouth shut.
