Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you are residing in a Motel for 1 year and have fallen behind on payments, is it a criminal case or Civil case? Would it fall up "defrauding an innkeeper?" or Landlord tenant act?

It could fall under both. People can be prosecuted criminally while still sued civilly.
