Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Sealing or expunging
Over eleven years ago I was charged with petty theft. Adjudication was witheld and I was given six months probation and 40 hours community service. I did not complete the community service, therefore I was adjudicated guilty and given six days weekend work clean up through polk county sheriffs office, can i get this record sealed or expunged?
