Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My son's girlfriend was caught in florida for underage alcohol and poss of marijuana under 20 grams. She received 1 year probation. She failed her drug test and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. She is still visiting my son. Is he guilty of any charge for this?

Based SOLELY on what you posted here, then your son is not guilty of anything. However, since you asked that may mean there is more that may have happened. I would suggest that your son, at a minimum, talk to an attorney to see if he should fear arrest or charges of any sort.
