What can be done to get a State sentence to CO-Terminate with a federal sentence in the state of FL

Judges don't coterminate sentences. Even if they did the federal sentence must be imposed first. The state judge can then run a sentence concurrent with the federal sentence but not the other way around. The federal DOC will not recognize a state sentence that was imposed before the federal sentence. Your only option, if it is even with the time period, is to get the state judge to sentence a person concurrent with the federal sentence and have the sentence end around the same time as the federal sentence.
