First off, you must appear in court either through counsel or in person. My guess is they have charged you with theft or possession of stolen property. The state may have some hurdles to overcome in order to prove their case. I would suggest contacting counsel to review all of the facts including how law enforcement ended up in your storeroom. The cheapest alternative is to appear on your own and take a plea, but I am not sure I recommend that until you have at least consulted counsel. I am in your area and available for further discussion if you choose.
