Tampering with evidence
I was arrested an officer stated that i swallowed a rock of crack. After extensive conversation with three officers I was taken to front of vehicle asked to open my mouth I did as directed, he said to spit it out I stated that I had a large tounge ring he then said that I swallowed it. Then was placed under arrest for tampering with evidence and am out on a thouasand dollars bail.I do not have enough for a lawer and am terrified that Im going to prison, or probation . Ive had free consultations and was told that the officers word is going to have a strong hold on court!!!
I do not know what to expect that I have no previous drug arrest I do have some arrests in the past but in another state...Please I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
