Is there a statute of limitations for criminal warrants in florida (polk county)

There is not a statute of limitations per se for criminal warrants in Florida. There is a statute of limitations for the underlying charge. Whether the statute applies or not depends on if you were originally arrested, what the offense was, and if you have ever failed to appear for court on the case.
