Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was using the whisper app, (needless to say I was looking for a lady friend of legal age). I made a post being direct in saying what I was looking for. I got a response, she sent me a picture. I asked how old she was she replied 20, I asked what she was into she said she wanted to have sex. I asked for her general location and said just city so I can confirm we are close enough, she responded with her address. I asked her when and she said later. then I asked her to go to a different chat that confirms photos were taken by that phone in attempt to confirm photos and identity is not a fake. at this point I get a message from her sayings its her father and he's pressing charges that his daughter is underage. I never sent her any photos, nor did i receive any photos of the face picture which had absolutely no nudity in it. the worst thing i asked what if she wanted to sit on my face (I asked this after I asked her age and she told me she was 20). I live in florida.

Since you never met in person, you did not have any criminal intent to send or receive photos with an underage person. Thus, you should not be held liable. There may be some questions from the police however, so it is good idea to have an attorney ready to go in case they want to talk to you.
