Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My wife and son were with a guy who committed and armed robbery but neither knew that he was going to do it. All 3 of them got charged even though he admitted in a video interview that they didn't know he was going to do it. They are still being held in jail and I'm not sure why. What can I do to speed up this painfully slow FL law process? And will the charges against my wife and son be dropped?

They need to get a lawyer who can file a motion to dismiss. They have a good defense but a judge will need to determine if the prosecutor has enough to proceed.
