Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hi, Im writing a paper for college in the legal issues and loopholes that "Escort Services" use in their ads for "Johns"... Basically my question is if this is in their add

"- Keep in mind this is NOT an offer or solicitation for prostitution or anything related to the sort. If so it would be breaking these statutes and laws. Donations are simply for time and companionship. Anything else that may occur is between consenting adults, both of legal age with common interests. I do reserve the right to decline appointments as I deem necessary. By contacting me you agree to these terms and hereby agree that you are not part of any law agency using this advertisement for entrapment. This is a contract that you agree to by contacting me!!! Thank You. LEGAL DISCLAIMER: All money exchanged is for legal adult personal services, modeling and/or for time and companionship. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice and personal preference between two or more consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for, nor is it requested to be contracted for in any manner. This is not an offer of prostitution. Fees charged are for time spent only. I do reserve the right to decline appointments as I deem necessary. By contacting me (either through phone or email) you agree to these terms and hereby agree that you are not part of any law enforcement agency using this advertisement for entrapment or for arrest. This is a contract you agree to my contacting me. I have legal representation and know my rights fully."

Does that make their act legal even if they do have sex. My second question is if someone responds to the add seeking companionship of the escort is the law in the right to have a sting set up to catch said Johns, even though there is no implements of sexual relations in the add...

Keep in mind this is only for a college report, if answered it doesn't have to be extremely thorough, but any answer is appreciated

thanks

That language would not prohibit law enforcement from arresting a person for prostitution if they are exchanging something for sexual acts. And regardless of the ad language I believe there must be some practical exchange depending on the requests. As to solicitation or is more complicated. Simply contacting an escort would not be sufficient for an arrest. The solicitor must make it pretty clear exactly what they are requesting. If you hear audio from stings the arrest is almost always made after someone has made a very clear request for a sexual act.
