Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Over a year ago I filed charged on my ex for domestic violence battery, he went to prison and recently got out. I also have an injunction against him. He is now on State probation with one of the termes being that he have no contact with me. 3 weeks ago he started calling me, I filed a police report and have also provided copies of my phone records showing where he called me. It has been 3 weeks and they have not violated his probation and they have not done anything about the violation of injunction. I have to go to court to see if I can get my injunction extended and I am worried that they will not extend it and he will be there too. I am in fear that he might try to follow me from the court house and try to do something to me. I do not know what to do, and the law does not seem to be on my side on this. What do I do???

I know you are trying to get some free advice so that you can handle this yourself. That's all right, I don't mind that. But in this case you really need to see and hire a lawyer who will be with you in court and can help you resolve the other problems. This is something that cannot be solved in cyberspace as there are to many intangibles.
