I have a active warrant from 2007 I had my first dui in the us I lived in Fl at the time and also at the time dind finish my dui school orpaid any fines and etc now Im back in fl my dui school is done and paid all fines but i have a warrant but the same time i need to clear a d6 to get my fl licenses will i get jailtime if i turn my self in?

You might be looking at jail, but not necessarily. It helps a lot that you have completed everything, but you still have to deal with the warrant. Getting an attorney will help you the most. Feel free to contact me if you wish.
