Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Can you please let me know if I, or the Court can make a change of "Venue" to a court closer to my home. The court where I have an old case is 22 years old (DUI) located in Pinellas County, I live in Putnam county. Why I want and need this change is because Pinellas County is 150 miles away, and I have no transportation to and from the court back home.

Putnam county would not have jurisdiction to hear the case from Pinellas county. In other words, there is no way to change venue. What you can do is to hire an attorney to go to court for you in Pinellas county. It may be possible that you never have to come to court.
