driving on suspended
while my liscence is suspended for dui, got ticket for driving on suspended. no arrest was made.have to go to court, should i expect jail time for this?

Re: driving on suspended Depending on which county this occured in, the State often asks for ten days in jail on a driving while license suspended charge. There are a lot of factors such as your prior criminal history, your traffic record, etc. I would discuss this with an experienced criminal defense attorney.
