Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I got a DUI in 2006. I completed all requirements and had my Fl drivers licences. I moved to GA in 2007 and got a GA licence. Meanwhile, my florida licences expired. I recently moved back to Florida and went to the office to get my fl licence back. they told me I could not have it until I install a ignition interlock which is very expensive. Is there any way around this? I completed my DUI class and they dont have that on record either so I have to track it down.

I'm afraid if you want a Florida license then you will have to comply with DMV rules which includes the ignition interlock and possibly redoing the DUI school if you can't find proof of that. There is not a way around this if you want a Fla license.
