Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Does Florida have social host liability laws? What happens if an adult is served alcohol at my home and he gets into an accident due to being legally drunk?

You are talking about "dramshop" laws. You could be held liable but I suggest you post this question under civil law as most lawyers answering this question deal with DUIs and not the civil liability aspect of the case.
