Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

my question is if I have refused to take a breathalyzer for the second time with 10 years in between , can I at least get my drivers license for work only which they gave me a temporary license for 6 weeks , now the dmv is saying I cant even get a workers permit for 18 months. please if you can help or refer me to someone who can I would be grateful.

Unfortunately the DMV is correct. The time interval is irrelevant. It could be 30 years between refusals and it would still be an 18 month suspension with no hardship. Your only recourse is to win the formal review hearing. Hopefully you have contacted an attorney to handle that and if you haven't do so immediately.
