I received a DUI two months before my 21st birthday in July 2006. My question is how long do I have to wait until I can get my license with out having to fill-out a SR-22?

It depends on if you blew or not. If you blew then you have to wait six months to get your full license and 30 days of no driving, no hardship. If you refused, you have to wait one year to get your full license, and 90 days of no driving, no hardship.
