Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

VOP on DUI from 6 yrs ago.

Ok here's the deal. I lived here in Pinellas County, Fl 6 years ago. I left while I was on Probation for my second DUI. I was supposed to pay a 1361.00 fine & complete treatment. I moved away and just returned to the area. My drivers license is re-instated and I was even approved for a real estate license by the state (yes I disclosed my past charges to DBPR). Anyway 2 deputies came to my house while I was at school and wanted to pick me up for 2 warrents (VOP on DUI & Failer to Appear on the previous warrent) I turned myself in the same day and payed the surety bond of 1361.00 (fines I guess) and posted 10% on the other 1031.00 with a bondsman. They let me walk. My question is what should I expect from the courts when I go back in a few weeks? I know it varies from case to case but it's been so long I do not know even what the guidelines are) FYI I am currently on Disability & am HIV+. Having spent the last summer in the hospital. I am scheduled to have surgery and take my state boards for my Real estate license too. ARGH!! I really do not know what to do. Thank you!

I would stronly go into court with an experienced attorney in Pinellas County. Also, if there are any outstanding conditions of probation, try to complete them before you go to court. This will help you out.
