Power of attorney
My Uncle left a cd with my name on it and also my sibling the Power of Attorney which is a sibling cashed the CD and never gave the money to the other siblings. Is this legal because she is the power of attorney of my uncles estate, even though my name was on the CD as well?

Re: Power of attorney
Power of Attorney is only valid when a person is ALIVE. Once they have died, acting under a POA is fraud. You may wish to consult the police department.
