Legal Question in Elder Law in Florida

wills

My Uncle died in 1995 he had 2 pieces of property one a farm and the other his homestead. Both were listed John Doe Estate now his wife is very sick and needs the money. How can she get it in her name so she can sell it. I was told he had a will and a nephew was the executor but noone has probated his estate

Someone needs to open the probate. If he had a will it must be filed.
