Can you provide a poker game to members of a private club if the Club does not make any money for the event? Members can put in $20 and winner take all at the end of the game.

See generally Florida Statutes Chapter 849 for gambling which is prohibited by law. F.S. 849.085 exempts certain penny-ante games. If it is not clear whether your game may qualify under the penny-ante game exception, you should seek the advice of a criminal law attorney.
