Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm 18, my dad died about two months ago when I was 17. Me and him lived together and he was a year into his divorce. Since he died I moved in with my mom and my step mom started harassing me and my mom. She insulted my family, told me she was taking all the stuff out of the house, and even said she was everything to my dad and I was nothing. I just ignored her and she would keep sending messages all day. My phone service is now shut off so she has no way to contact me anymore. The only problem is she is still messaging my mom and she is always outside crying or yelling at her on the phone. I've told my mom to ignore my step mom multiple times but she wont. Is there a way I can legally make her stop or go after her legally to the point she will be scared to harass her? This is unrelated but when I was 17 she sent me pictures of a naked woman claiming it was my dads girlfriend, my dad thought about pressing charges but didn't. Is it too late to go after her for that?

This is harassing conduct so she and you should apply for a restraining order with the Court.

I think your mother should just block the number. But if she won't, it would be up to your mother to file for an injunction for protection (a restraining order), not you.
