Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have 2 little kids with my common law husband, he wants to kick me out of his own 300k home, i have been with him for the past 5 years, living in the same addresses. Now he just wants to get away from all the expenses but he is only willing to pay child support for the 2 kids while I seek my own place, he wants me to take custody and he will visit the kids. he claims he will sell the home that he paid cash for it for 250k, he has been stingy all these years collecting money on our behalf, and almost never bought any furniture or household item for our home since he married me and had a full house. so he only buys food and what breaks but he buy it used. he claims me as his spouse on his taxes and health insurance for the past years, now he just bought this new home and he feels he is burdended with all the expneses of it and he has a legal wife in a different state that he support fully and paid cash for her home. Please I need your help

What's your question? You aren't married to him; there is no such thing as common law marriage in Florida, and he was married tom someone else. He can evict you from the house and only owe you child support. You weren't even legally on his health insurance. The lesson is that you shouldn't just live with someone if you expect to get something when the relationship ends.
