Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I just went through 16 months of a HORRIBLE divorce...judge finalized divorce....ex not happy with verdict..she is doing mean things to our 20 year old son, trying to torment me and now after I thought it was all through she is having her lawyer send me letters saying they will take me back to court if I don't do things like giver her 40% of my retirement instead of the 38% that the judge said she could have.....the list just goes on and on. I am broke and my lawyer charges so much anytime I even call to ask a question....I'm at my wit's end....what can I legally do to get her to leave me alone??? Can I get a retraining order against her?? Is there anything I can do to protect me, my son, or my family from any further anquish??

Do not cave in. The attorney should be reported to the Florida Bar for improper actions. If the order states 38% then that is all she gets. Where does your 20 year live - if he is with her, he might consider moving. You obviously have no minor children left together so there should be no reason for her to contact you. I suggest you let her take you back to court. The judge is not going to budge on 2% and will call this a frivolous suit on her attorney's part. Change your phone number is you feel the constant calling is creating a problem for you. You might could get a stalking order if she continues to appear at your place of work or home or if she continues to email with threats.
