Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am 17 years old and have a 3 month old daughter. Her father lives in Indiana. I am asking to see if it is possible to leave my moms' house and move in with him, due to the fact that there is violence in this house. (she has kicked my stepdad with my daughter in her arms) thank you.

Are you still in high school? Are you employed? If you can support yourself on your own and prove that to the court, you can ask the court to emancipate you so that you could leave with your child.
