Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 36yro. Can my 39yro ex-girlfriend's parents legally file against me for anything? Are they able to seek a restraining order against me? I don't contact them, I am just trying to get my things back.

Yes they can try to file a restraining order, if your stuff is on their property then you need to get an order.
