Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was adopted when I was a child by my step father. My mother never listed my biological father on my birth certificate. Years later I learned the identity of my biological father and formed a relationship with him. He passed away about a year ago. Under Florida state law, do I have any rights to his estate? He does have other children, but no spouse.

There is a time limit to enforce your rights, so you have a case but you need to act asap.
