Annulment

I am in a situation where I was recently married. I was under the influence of alcohol at the time and would like to find out to annul the marriage.

If you were suffering from extreme intoxication to the point that you had no capacity to contract (you pretty much didn't know what you were doing when you got married), you can get an annulment in Florida. However, there is no "simplified" procedure for annulment and there are no pre-printed forms for it. If you want an annulment, you should contact a family lawyer.
