Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Im a bit confused my son turns 18 in December. But currently he is a sophomore but at flsenate.gov section 743.07 states that child support can be extended but they need to graduate before they turn 19 . He will be almost 20 years old. He graduates 2014 so does that mean he would receive support until then?
