Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a child born out of wedlock, he has my name, i am father on birth certificate, took dna testand pay child support.ga and fla law says i have no rights to my son except to pay until i legitimize him as my son.i have not seen or heard from him in two years..he is 13...I need help!!

You will need to establish your paternity of the child through the courts. Once that is done, the court can order a Parenting Plan that includes time-sharing with the child for both parents.

You are unclear but if the child is in Georgia you need to speak with a GA attorney ASAP, likewise if the child is in Florida you will need a FL attorney. Sometimes if DCF or the FL Dept of Revenue are involved they will tell parents they do not need an attorney, they will help you establish your rights, DO NOT believe them.
