How do i go abouot getting dual custody of my daughter? i am currently paying child support but i would like for her to stay with me for a little while.

We call it "shared parental responsibility," and it's the default condition. You should have it unless a judge has taken it away from you.

You'll have to give us more facts to answer your question, but I'll bet your facts go something like this:

The mother got child support ordered against you by using a state-appointed lawyer, but you never filed a paternity suit for visitation. So, if I'm right, and if the child lives most of the time in Florida, your next step is to file for paternity, asking for a parenting plan that gives you some type of visitation. Talk to a lawyer. You should be able to get what you want without too much hassle.
